I am a certified Executive Coach, having completed the Columbia University Coaching Certification Program (cohort XIII) in 2015. Since then, I have coached professionals from mid-leadership to executives. I am a certified practitioner for the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and the NBI™ (Neethling Brain Instruments). I have also completed specialized study of coaching adults with ADD via the ADD Coach Academy.
I am an experienced corporate executive, having served in leadership roles for Fortune 500 companies such as McKesson, Delta Airlines, and Coca-Cola Enterprises.
These two parts of my professional self are symbiotic: My corporate leadership career informs my coaching. My formal certification in coaching makes me a better leader. Pulling it all together makes me a better servant leader and a mentor-coach who has lived through what you are facing every day.
"I was brought to tears while I read my personal notes on why I thought I started this journey versus why I REALLY started this journey and what I actually learned from it. What you showed me about myself and how it filtered (or didn’t filter) into my career is truly ‘priceless’."
